Global Response
The greatest burden of serious fungal infections are placed on low-and-middle-income countries, where access to diagnostics, treatments and specialist training can be limited. Through our International Units and global partnerships, the MRC Centre for Medical Mycology supports research, strengthens local expertise and helps raise awareness of this often-overlooked global health threat.
